This makes one of the tenderest peices of meat you will ever sink your teeth in to. It's a simple recipe anyone can do.
1 c Soy sauce
1/2 c Oil
4 ts Ground ginger
4 ts Dry mustard
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 1/2 lb flank steak
Take the flank and cut 1/4" deep cross
hatch cuts on both sides.
Marinate meat in combined marinade ingredients 4
to 6 hours( I marinate it over night).
Grill
on a outdoor grill for 40-60 mins on some nice red coals( This is the
method I prefer). Or broil in the oven for 10-20 minutes, turning
it
over 1/2 way through. The middle should be pink but
not bleeding
